Yes, we’re inspired by authentic Mexican cuisine, but our lust for new tastes and flavours means we’ve added a few other ideas, courtesy of the largest Mexican communities in the USA. Our culinary quest has taken us from Mexico City, Zihuatenejo, Ixtapa, and the Baja Peninsula on Mexico’s Pacific coast to Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, to name just a handful of places.

During the course of our travels we’ve met some truly wonderful people… from street vendors to high-class restaurant chefs, family cooks to fellow foodies. We all share a love for fabulously tasty Mexican cuisine and the recipes, techniques, and secrets we’ve picked up along the way enable us to bring you our unbelievable variety, colours and flavours. Because we’re so passionate about the food we serve, we expect our suppliers to feel the same. That’s why we spend a lot of time selecting the right suppliers for us – visiting their facilities, seeing how they run their businesses and ensuring they have the same passion for excellence. Being this choosy pays off in the quality of the food. We’re continually refining our recipes and improving our raw ingredient supply to raise the bar for Mexican food in London. We think you’ll notice the difference too.
