We've re-evaluated how we reward loyalty and as part of that have decided to explore other options that don't include Club Chilango. We're committed to exploring new ways to reward our loyal customers in the future.
Club Chilango will officially close on 30th April. After this date, the program will no longer be active, and any unredeemed points or rewards will expire.
Yes, you can continue to earn points on all qualifying purchases at Chilango restaurants until 30th April.
Check the top right corner of your loyalty card in your wallet to see your stamp balance.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer cash compensation for unused rewards. We strongly encourage you to redeem your stamps for rewards before the program ends.
If you're unable to visit a store before 30th April, please contact our customer service team at marketing@tortilla.co.uk to discuss your options. We'll do our best to accommodate loyal members who cannot visit in person.
As Chilango is part of the Tortilla family, you may be interested in joining the Burrito Society, Tortilla's loyalty program. Burrito Society offers similar benefits and rewards for your love of Mexican cuisine.
To join Burrito Society:

2.Create an account
3.Start earning stamps on your purchases at any Tortilla location
No, stamps cannot be transferred between the two programs. We encourage you to redeem your Club Chilango points before 30th April.
We will retain your data in accordance with our privacy policy and legal requirements. Your information will not be automatically transferred to any other loyalty program.
If you've previously opted in to receive marketing communications from Chilango (separate from Club Chilango notifications), you will continue to receive these unless you choose to unsubscribe.
We value your feedback and understand this change may be disappointing. Please share your thoughts with us via the Chilango website. Your input will help shape our future loyalty initiatives.
While we don't have immediate plans to launch a new Chilango-specific loyalty program, we're constantly evaluating ways to reward our loyal customers.
